Appendix a: Remote Access - Phantom User Access Menus

Below are full maps of the voice menus you will encounter if all Privilege options are selected.

The mailbox owner will ALWAYS hear (as long as 'allow listening to messages is checked) 'to replay press 1, for other options press 6, to exit press 8'. Under 6 for other options the owner will ALWAYS hear 'to change volume press 1'. If forwarding is allowed under Privileges, then they will also hear 'to forward this message press 2' at that point.

Pressing 8 to exit takes you to one level above. When you are at the first level and you press 8 to exit, you will go to the box designated in your mailbox under the greeting that is selected, then "if owner after mailbox go to" .

The path to get to the Phantom User Access is to have a key in an access box directed to the Phantom User Access box.   Upon entry into the Phantom User Access Box, the system will automatically ask for the caller's mailbox number and password. Then, will play options to the caller based upon the Privilege you have set for that mailbox. The Privilege for the mailbox is selected on the main mailbox screen (under Boxes, then Mailbox, then each individual mailbox). You select what is available for that Privilege under Maintain, Privileges, then click on each individual Privilege. You can have up to 99 Privileges.

There are three diagrams:

Figure A shows entry using a mailbox number and password

Figure B shows entry using an access box, with CLIENT password
