Chapter 20 b: Maintain Menu/Holiday Information

The Holiday command brings up the Holiday Information window, which allows you to define special routing for up to ten days of your choice. To set up special call routing, select the month and day, then enter the number of a new destination box. You can double-click on the Destination field to bring up the Box Finder screen.

At the bottom of the Holiday Information Window you can optionally define special call routing for up to two days of the week. Typically you would use this to handle calls differently on the weekend, but you can use it for any day(s) you would like. To set up special call routing, select the day of the week, then enter the number of new destination box. You can double-click on the Destination field to bring up the Box Finder screen.
