Chap. 20c: Maintain/Languages
The Languages box allows you to define the name for each language you will be using on your system. The names you enter in this window will appear anywhere the Languages field appears. You define how your system handles languages by using the Languages option in the Tweaks submenu of an Access Box (see Access Box Tweaks/Languages in Chapter 8).

The program comes with default English system prompts. You may record up to 8 additional languages in each box type and system prompt (under Maintain menu, Prompts). You can change any language to be and language number. However, Language 1 is played as the default language if you have specified a language, but a corresponding voice file does not exist.
