Chap. 20 n: Maintain/Local

The Local command allows you to test the operation of your system using a SoundSet audio coupler. Be sure your SoundSet is set to "Local", not "Line", when testing system operation with a SoundSet.

Start Call - Simulates a call and allows you to check your routing setup. This function can also be performed using the curved arrow icon in the Activity Bar.

Stop Call - Simulates a hang-up. This function can also be performed using the curved arrow icon in the Activity Bar, except that here you can disconnect lines other than the one connected to your SoundSet.
