Main Voicemail Box Programming (Recording Primary Greeting)

1. Dial [ Personally Assigned Toll Free Number ]

2. Press [ 9 ] during greeting to open voice mailbox

3. Enter [ Temporary Password ] for your password

4. Press [ 2 ] to change your options

5. Press [ 2 ] to record your greeting

6. Press [ 1 ] to re-record greeting

7. Press [ # ] to end recording

8. Press [ 3 ] to post greeting (makes greeting active)

9. Press [ 8 ] to exit programming mode

10. Press [ 8 ] to exit system & hang-up

 Voice Mailbox Programming (Recording Voice Mailbox Name)

1. Dial [ Personally Assigned Toll Free Number ]

2. Press [ 9 ] during the greeting to open voice mailbox

3. Enter [ Temperary Password ] for your password

4. Press [ 2 ] to change your options

5. Press [ 1 ] to record your boxname

6. Press [ 2 ] to start recording

7. Press [ # ] to end recording

8. Press [ 8 ] to exit programming mode

9. Press [ 8 ] to exit system & hang-up

 Voice Mailbox Programming (Retrieving Voice Mailbox Messages)

1. Dial [ Personally Assigned Toll Free Number ]

2. Press [ 9 ] during the greeting to open voice mailbox

3. Press [ Temporary Password ] for your password

4. Press [ 1 ] to listen to your messages

5. Press [ 1 ] to listen to new messages

6. Press [ 2 ] to skip to the next message

7. Press [ 8 ] to exit listening to messages

8. Press [ 8 ] to exit system & hang-up

 Notes: During message playback "*" rewind, "0" pause & "#" fast forward (set for 5 seconds operations).
