TollBridge - Start Your Own Home Based "Ma Bell"

You may establish prepaid balance accounts for your clients who may not have home telephones so they can call into your system using their assigned mailbox and password. Once they are logged into TollBridge, they can begin telephone calls anywhere you have defined at whatever rates you have established, with the funds being deducted from their escrow accounts in real time. This means you have no risk for their activities.
You can also: • Define different long distance carriers for each city, state and country • Define a call's cost per minute for day, evening, or weekend hours • Define payment terms for each client as to whether they wish to prepay or have an open invoice • Charge and validate new clients or recharge them in real time using the credit card authorization module • Utilize the POS (point of sale) module so retailers can sell clients and be issued a list of new debit cards to use • Generate system traffic reports and billing invoices The MotelMizer option allows your clients to call in and define a number where they can be dialed back. The result will be saved money on toll costs. A further costs savings for the client can be realized using Direct Inbound Dialing (DID) on some of the lines. Here the client can ring their own personalized telephone number a few times which will never answer. However the DID card will forward the last 4 digits of the phone number to TollBridge thus identifying the client. The software will then dial the client at the predefined number, thus avoiding all the initial toll costs.
TollBridge's call bridging option allows the system to be operated where three-way calling may not be available. In addition, it provides better signaling of the lines in case either party disconnects. The bridging method also provides better phone line supervision especially on international calls.
Caller ID allows your clients to have their home or office telephone numbers automatically defined within your system so when they dial-in to make calls they will not be asked for a mailbox or password. In fact, they are immediately given the option to enter the telephone number where they wish to connect.
